Six hand-turned wooden eggs.
The eggs are very tactile and could be used for open-ended or loose parts play.
The eggs were all hand-turned by my Dad on the Sidlaw Hills in Scotland.
The eggs are all roughly the same size but the pattern on each egg may vary from those shown in the photograph.
The eggs are all approximately 6.5cm tall.

Web site is annoying as it keeps putting up "Subscribe to my mailing list to receive The Hare Herald" popup box as you move back or forward thru each of the pages of items. Tried to order 2off lots of 6 eggs but couldn't, web site didn't say why but possibly because there was only 1off lot avilable, as I did order 1off lot successfully. Package arrived promptly in a couple of days, excellent service considering the postage was free. A little disappointed in the eggs as I had assumed from the description that each of the six eggs would be turned from a different species of wood, not two or three from the same type of wood with just slightly different pattern markings.

Hi Ian, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you found the newsletter pop-up so annoying. There was only one set of eggs available, they are very popular. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the eggs due to my description. I can see why you thought each egg would be from different wood. I intended to say that the eggs wouldn't necessarily be the same as those in the picture not that each egg in the set is made from a different type of wood.
