Refund policy

I hope that you are happy with your order, however, if you are not entirely satisfied please do get in touch with me as soon as your order arrives.  I offer a no questions asked returns policy if contact is made within 14 days of receiving your order.  If an item is faulty, please contact me, I am happy to offer a full refund or exchange.  The postage on returning an item will be at cost to the buyer apart from in the instance where the item is faulty.

I cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to me.  Therefore I strongly recommend retaining proof of postage or using signed for delivery.
